Get in touch
Make a first contact with full details about the project , How far you have gone , the stages that require assistance and the time frames that you have. Attach relevant documents such as proposal, data or questionnaoires etc to info@datanalysis.co.za
The consultants will contact you for additional information and provide a quotation a swell as the turn around time.
You will receive an email with a quoation and turnaround time or a request for additional information or a phone call from a consultant to clarifiy certain information.
Confirm
After confirmation of the quotation and turnaround time the consultant will send you the first invoice for a commitment deposit not exceeding 50% of the total amount. The work can resume.
Deposit payment
Once confirmed you can do a deposit to allow the work to commence. Once payment is done the work commences and will be completed in time as agreeed. The timelines are based on the time when the payment is received . After completion you may be required to payoff the balance remaining
Review
Once the report or analysis is done you are given time to review it in less than 10 days. You can review it with your team or colleagues to make sure that all the objectives were addressed as in the proposal
Commments and feed back
The client is given enough toime to make comments and critique the report until satisfied
Balance payment
Once payment is done the work commences and will be completed in time as agreeed. The timelines are based on the time when the payment is received . After completion you may be required to payoff the balance remaining
Post work Consultantion
After completion of payment you are further entiltle to 30 days free consultation regarding the project. The period is limited so that the consultant can move on to other assisgnments.
